Now I'm confused. Our InsetQuote feature is there to insert outer quotes and not to insert double quotes, right? If not, this feature is misleading. I use InsetQuote to map a character of my choice (guillement, lower " or upper ") to get outer quotes. Why should this feature be limited to only 3 different characters? When we for example would implement Japanese quotes, we would have to add 「 and 」 because this language has no concept of single/double quotes, only of inner/outer quotes.
Besides this when InsetQuote is for double quotes only, why don't we have a similar feature for single quotes?
If I'm still on the wrong path, what patch would you propose to implement British quotes? thanks and regards Uwe
