From a logical point of view, if you select an italic symbol and make
it bold, you expect that it becomes bold without changing his shape.
So, if the shape also changes, it is logical to think of it as a kind
of alternative bold, and hence Ctrl-Alt-B.

However, for this logic to hold, it should be possible to make bold a
symbol in math through the text style dialog, and it is not.

Moreover, the current binding would be changed behavior with respect
to previous versions, so maybe instead of LFUN_FONT_BOLD_MATHBF,
LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL should be introduced and the binding reversed.

Let's have a poll on this. I would vote for LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL.
