Can we at least make "Some characters of your document... " more
meaningful? Say, "xx characters can not be encoded, please use blah
package, or replace xx with \mathblah". From Buffer.cpp, I can see
that such an error does not raise an exception but rather causes
ofs.fail(). I tried to throw the unconverted character out but
obviously some throw() declaration stopped this exception....
