not all players would have to know. just one or two key players. perhaps the
managers tactics alone would be enough. and the none-disclosure stuff would
be part of every player's contract.
either way, it's been planned for a long time and the fan's have had to
endure a nightmare of a season.
i just hope it works in the long run.

There's no way a "non-disclosure agreement" would stand up in court.
Throwing the play-off final would be against so many rules and laws, and
surely some of the players would be that pissed off about it. You may
differ, but the idea of Bates/Blackwell walking into a room of at least 16
professional footballers plus several backroom staffl, most of whom about
to play the biggest game of their lives, and saying "Er, for financial
reasons we have to lose this game guys. Hope that's all right with you. So
please don't try too hard, even though you will be held up to ridicule by
the rest of your peers. Oh, and sign this non-disclosure form." I just
don't buy it.
Cheers!
Sean

Subject: Re: [LU] quick theory
surely players and staff are all under none-disclosure agreements and
anyone else... agents, family & friends etc, well they have no proof so it
would stupid for them to say anything to anybody other than to one another.
c'mon... are you seriously suggesting that since bates took over, this
hasn't been his plan? blackwell stated that the club's finances would be
sorted out this summer. the only way 35 million was going to be sorted out
was via administration. that's why he was sacked.
