It sounds like this employee wants to have two private lines, si or no..???
This is no problem as you can set up ringing for two lines to ring an extension group, make that extension part of the group, do intercept routing to a single voice mail box. The lines will still ring and you can setup 4 rings to vmail irna/bsy. You would need to add another line. Attention gurus, does this sound right?
