First off -- thanks to everyone for all the help! I'm gonna sort through 
all the suggestions and see what will work best...

I do have a dedicated line that dumps into the auto-attendant (line 7) -- 
but then the caller would have to traverse the menu to get to the 
employee's voicemail (boo-whoo i guess :) -- so maybe I'll go that route.

Secondly, heh, yeah -- forgot to include that bit of information. I have a 
1232 with a tvs100.
