I can't seem to open your attached file but went to Mark's site and looked at his electrical setup.  I didn't go to far in depth but the one "concern" I'd have and would change is the DP/DT switch used to select the fuel pump and E.I. components.  As a technician for 30+ years I've seen   DT/ center off switches, both SP and DP fail in one "throw" cause both "throws" to fail or become inop.  I'd be inclined to use two switches, either SP/ST or DP/ST to select one system or the other.  With a DP/DT switch a single point failure can takes out both systems.  Just an observation, take it for what its worth.
