Two notes:
My drawing shows the pumps in series. I may have plumbed them in
parallel, don't recall, it's been twenty years ago and I don't have the
cover off very often. Anyway, if you plumb in series insure the pumps
will push or draw through the other pump with only one running.
Likewise, if in parallel, insure internal or external check valves so
,with a single pump running, you don't have a "loop" setup that just
pumps fuel in a circle and provides little or no pressure / flow to the
carb.
Other concerns on electric pumps only came to mind during my morning
shower but I'll have to wait till this evening when I have more time to
post them.
