I doubt you really understand that feature. It's not just that you can move the window. It allows to move the window unrestricted. It ignores constraints from other windows, it ignores states. It allows to move fullscreen windows, it allows to move frozen windows. If I would have to rank KWin's feature it would be in the top 5 maybe.
