1st thought:
What good would that be? If I'm desperate for help, a 24h delay could be
critical. The important thing is to get a (helpful) answer, not who
answers.

2nd thought:
Hey, they'll hit me for that ;-) And yes, in some way it is important to
give women a (better) chance to help others/say something/develop their
confidence.

3rd thought:
Better not post at all...
