I personally would love working graveyard shift. If anyone calls with a problem, you 
can spend 30+ mins on the phone running the problen, down and
maybe find a solution, instead of "could you hold please" and answer another complex 
problem that "has to be solved right awaay..." after 5 of
those  ON HOLDS everyone loses ar least a little sanity" If one is nocturamnal this 
doesn't happen at 3Am, and the person on the other is so glad
to find another human on the line they are often cheered and you can hear them breatha 
a sihh of relief."
