Call them !
Ask the money that you are looking for, if they dont agree, ask them to take
the antenna off.
For standard rates of use of space, ask your cable walla, they usually put
antenna and signal boosters at various places.
Also companies like primus india should know, I know a person who works
there, will ask him in a day or two and let you know. how big is this
antenna ?

BTW, if you are planning to access net using linux machines in your
organisation, wait and watch the list till you finally know if DSL can be
used on linux.
