Looks like time we made a concerted effort to talk to the various
DSL/Cable Internet providers in Delhi and asked them their plans for
the Linux community. Can someone draft a letter that we can send to
each of them? If we manage to show a significant number of users and
a bit of carrot, I'm sure we'll be able to get at least one to support
Linux on their equipment, or at least make higher-end equipment
available to Linux users at the regular price.

We should talk about both the home and the corporate user -- the
carrot would be a plug for their services on the Linux-Delhi web
site.
