Ok, thanks for clarifying. It appears no one has any such info. And in my opinion, whatever you saw was a hoax.

But to elaborate just a bit, you could store compressed methane on board and produce hydrogen from that. There could be a positive side to that as it's much easier to store compressed methane than hydrogen. Whether that's a practical or beneficial solution, I have no idea. And it's not something I'm interested in exploring.
