To bring us back to numbers, I have merged the previous unisex and
women's t-shirt numbers, and re-balanced to the spare in each category.
We should finalise this today, so please review and give comments.

Order A is the size the local team were planning.
If we want to additional sell t-shirts, we might want to push this
upwards to e.g. B. This is less important than having enough extra
shirts for staff who want them (staff wearing identifiable t-shirts
serves a useful purpose), but bear in mind that we could raise money by
selling attendee t-shirts significantly above cost.

Order A is the size the local team were planning. As discussed,
something like order B might be more sensible if we want to give people
