@SEZ9 - gentle bump, no new commits have landed: the head is still `4f6663a9f`, its `Build` is green (the Windows `PayPalClientTest` job passed on re-run), and the answers to your four points are in the reply above (the length rule and its unquoted/escaped-quote handling, the per-item mapping, the six `getColumnLength()` assertions, and the two Javadoc references). If there is anything else you would like changed, tell me and I will do it. Otherwise the last step is an approving review from your account, since contributor approvals do not satisfy the `dev` ruleset - and, as the author has no write access to the repository, could you also merge it (or add it to the merge queue) once you are happy?
