"metric measurements at 1 1/2 MM diameter and 4 MM long"

If you intended to type "1 1/2 Centimetre diameter and 4 Centimetre long"
that would be a 9/16" dia. by 1 1/2" long clevis pin.

This is a great little free program for these sort of conversions.. NASA
