I have some LED strip lights to install. I'm going to try mounting them on the web of some aluminum curtain rod cut to length with mounting screw holes at the ends. The strips should adhere to the aluminum, I hope, and the aluminum will improve the light distribution and provide a rigid mounting. Maybe....
