To my point. Did the jump mean excessive/any water under the surface or simply an irregularity in the thickness or nature of the fiberglass or the presence of plywood etc. beneath the surface???
I guess what I'm trying to note is that I believe there is plenty of opportunity to make erroneous judgements of what is going on under the fibreglass sukin. I know that there are a couple of "hollow" sounding spots on my boat's deck which have been there for the 16 years I have owned her with no evident cause for alarm. Rich Knowles Indigo.
