be prepared to walk away, if the survey comes not so good.
I can simply put “subject to successful (you can say “positive”) survey”. When
i was buying my last boat, the one i eventually bought was the third i looked
at. The first was the price issue, the second was the survey (the surveyor
called and told me to “run as quickly as i could”, so i did). I did not have
any problems getting my down payment back, after the survey came negative. Good
