Upgrades aren't just performed for bugs.  They are also performed for
improvements.  In the case of 0.93.1 the handling of many different
file types was improved as well as a few minor bug fixes.  The upgrade
was primarily done for the improved file handling.  Performing an upgrade
for a bug that does not affect you or a performance improvement that
you will not use is pointless.
