Please keep your language civil when addressing this list.

While it is expected that sometimes users are frustrated, upset, or don't like 
our responses,  everyone on this list is trying to be helpful. Many of them, 
including myself don't have much time, so our answers are sometimes short and 
summary, but we try to remain polite.  I would appreciate it if you would do 
the same.
