I've proven myself as a volunteer who does not have the time to look at
the bug report system in order to assist you with your problem. In fact,
I'm sure that there's been an occasion that I've been derilect myself as
far as reporting bugs even when they would have helped ME.

Regardless, it would have taken you 15 seconds, considering you know
what the problem is and where the information regarding the problem is
stored. Free help is just that: free. If you care to cut me a check, I'd
look up whatever you want -- I might even be especially polite.

Providing proper information for FREE support from a bunch of people who
are in the same boat you are really isn't too much to ask. I suggest you
adjust your attitude.
