Is there any argument that it's actually a proposal? Worst case scenario: It lingers in the proposal pool for 14+ days until the Promotor removes it, or gets distributed, potentially adopted, and either way has no effect on the rules. Not sure why we don't just leave it. Since only the "author" can withdraw it, I think given the CFJ, either Quazie or I trying to do it would just increase uncertainty. (Distributing it may also have some issues as the author is an essential parameter).
