It never was a dictatorship. That's why I had to amend it by proposal. (It's a poor dictatorship that requires proposals to amend it.) It does still allow me to hand out typical scam /rewards/, but that's a fairly simple operation that's been delayed mostly because of difficulty in working out who deserves how much. (Perhaps other people could help me with this: Quazie was willing to help with the scam, and attempted to do so, but it turns out that nothing e actually did was relevant.
