I believe there's something allowing a player to become judge of a CFJ
without objection, which I intend to use. Your CFJ invitation was probably
ambiguous, meaning it may be invalid. In any case, Publius initiated one.
There was an election for Referee, but the ADoP never resolved it. o won it
though.

In 2015 I joined and left in a single message on BAK due to a similar ping.
That was mostly silly, and the CFJ on it just reaffirmed announcement and
the fact that BAK channels are indeed public.

I truly am not certain if I could give Murphy the rights I gave, but that
shouldn't stop me from making actions in either reality. The interesting
bit is if my potential CFJ isn't assigned within the week, and it turns out
it was a real CFJ, then the Arbitor has failed at eir duties and should at
least be issued a Green Card for a reasonable failure of their duties.

Also the Referee's office is vacant - but should be filing weekly cards for
all the reports gone missing.

I am going to draft a few referee proposals for automatic card filings for
missed reports at the end of each month I think.
