In 2015 I joined and left in a single message on BAK due to a similar ping. That was mostly silly, and the CFJ on it just reaffirmed announcement and the fact that BAK channels are indeed public.
I truly am not certain if I could give Murphy the rights I gave, but that shouldn't stop me from making actions in either reality. The interesting bit is if my potential CFJ isn't assigned within the week, and it turns out it was a real CFJ, then the Arbitor has failed at eir duties and should at least be issued a Green Card for a reasonable failure of their duties. Also the Referee's office is vacant - but should be filing weekly cards for all the reports gone missing. I am going to draft a few referee proposals for automatic card filings for missed reports at the end of each month I think.
