R478 governs how players interact with the mailing lists in their function as fora for communication, but no instrument can (for example) directly cause a particular email address to be unsubscribed from the list. The closest we could come would be to REQUIRE the person in control of the account to unsubscribe emself (or the list maintainer to unsubscribe em). Contrast to this the means for switching a forum's Publicity: in-game actions directly cause the Publicity to be changed. Forum Publicity is part of Agora; mailing list subscription is not. watcher -- There's no sense crying over every mistake; you just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
