I think you guys are missing my point. My point is the line needs to be drawn somewhere (is 10x1 wireless, is 1G fiber enough, or should we go all in and AE fiber every single house). There needs to be a minimum requirement.
At the same time, the requirement of getting EVERY location served must be met. There is only $42B in support.
