Granted I have been out of the licensed backhaul HFT game for a long time... but is Cielo even in it anymore? Once again I have no idea what NDA's might apply to me, but the Cielo stuff wasn't designed in house and they had hit the limitations of the hardware they were OEM'ing. I know LightPointe had some success in 80GHz there for awhile for HFT.
