We just do what’s required to maintain safe harbor. Our role is only to pass along the claim of infringement. We make it clear to our customers that it’s a CLAIM but do inform them of our policy regarding multiple claims being made against them and enforce that (including fees to reconnect). I don’t believe we’ve ever had to actually terminate a customer for it, most acknowledge the email and say they’ve caught the kid who was doing it (sure! It’s always the kids) and it won’t happen again.
