My opinion: Before 0.8beta3: - angle cross is useless for some weapons and is misaligned for weapons which need it - At the beginnig of the game, cursor is in the bottom of the screen if you validate by clicking in the menu, so if ScrollOnBorder is active camera move directly. 2 solutions we deactivate ScrollOnBorder by default and look at this later and/or we find a solution. - If that's only a clothe/animation problem i probably can change that: https://gna.org/task/?4121 - https://gna.org/bugs/?9861 ?
