I like teachable moments. When you are looking for a setting, you can go to the settings app and in the top left, is a search field. In this case I typed:  Audio Ducking  And the result was, Accessibility → VoiceOver → Audio Then, go to VoiceOver settings, Rotor, Rotor Items and select the ones for audio ducking and ducking amount.
