It is called Audio Ducking.
There are now two parts to audio ducking.
1. Audio ducking on always, or while VO is speaking, or off.
2. The percentage of the Ducking Amount. 1% would be virtually no ducking of
the media, 99% would be almost total ducking of the media sounds, music, book,
etc.
Those are items in the rotor that you can select so you can adjust them as
needed.
