Hello Jeremy and Krister It is strange how our experiences differ. I get perfect scans all the time. Just as an example: I got a prepaid cell phone sim card yesterday. I took the small card which gives the pin, puc and card number and took a picture with KNFB and got 100% correct info. The card is about 8 cm by 5 cm. The only thing with KNFB that I notice is that one tends to hold the iPhone or Android device too low. Even with that small card I held the iPhone about 30 Cm above the card. I find KNFB so useful so it makes me sad if others get poor results. Regards Fanus
