I'm FOR adoption of all of the four mentioned drafts.
I don't have a strong opinion if they should be considered separately or
not.
I think there will be enough implementations of each of those drafts that
it's in the wider community interest in ensuring compatibility between
them,
and thus having WG drafts.
What I find a bit surprising, is the omission of the
Use of ML-DSA in TLS 1.3:
