With all those drives, you might want to think about using them for CrashPlan for your relatives. CrashPlan lets you exchange off site back up services with another person. Become "backup buddies" as it were.
One scenario - my friend and I each buy similar disks of similar capacity and attach them to our computers. We've both invested the same amount... Then we designate each others' PCs as our backup target in CrashPlan (which is free). Backups are generated on each of our computers, encrypted locally with keys that we have, and sent to the other person's computer and placed on the backup volumes. If you have less tech-savvy relatives who are often asking you for help in recovering data, setting them up with CrashPlan can be good insurance for you. If if your parent, uncle or aunt have lots of family photos or other heirloom data that you want to make sure doesn't get lost...
