There are 8 entries for this undocumented combination. Don't you mean tourism=camp_site (~60K uses) ? Anyway, the issue is, perhaps confusion in some minds about =camp_site and =caravan_site. Most (but not all) camp_sites will also take caravans and RV's. But Tourism=caravan_site is for the caravan ONLY type of place. So a site taged tourism=camp_site can use the undocumented caravan=yes (2518 uses) to make it clear. Better, I'd suggest to document it and say yes is the default and caravan=no if unsuited for caravans. Hmm, what about other RVs ?
