Imagine amenity=hospital, > operational_status=broken or highway=bridge, operational_status=broken > I'm seeking specifically that behavior you are calling flawed. A sticky gate in general should still be present on the map. The I-5 bridge in Washington is still visually a bridge, even though it should not route right now. A playground may have a broken swing, but still be a usable playground. A broken footbridge may be an annoyance, but the route is NOT discontiguous if you can simply step over a small stream. So I'm seeking lifecycle tags to represent things that need some form of repair attention, but are still a mappable thing. What tag would work for "needs repair attention" along with a comment about why?
