Nope.  But it's cheaper than good third-party hosting, and quite a bit
cheaper than rented servers or colo services- where you *still* have to
make a physical trip to the colo site if your box goes toes-up.

Actually, the ToS on my parent's DSL connection very explicitly does NOT
prohibit servers, and neither do many other broadband providers in my
region (Eastern Ontario).  One has changed their ToS a little recently
due to "unaware abuse"- people who get infected with viruses and start
spewing get their DSL cut off until their system is cleaned up.  Period.

That aside, I'm looking at moving my parent's connection to a static IP
anyway to simplify my DNS administration.  If I can get RDNS delegation
or some degree of control, so much the better.
