Yes but if you start comparing prices between companies that offer basic 
no-frills consumer DSL as well as "business class" DSL where the only 
difference is no blocked ports and maybe a handfull of IP's, you'll notice 
Speakeasy's Residential no-frills consumer DSL with dynamic IP starts at 
about the same price as the "business class" DSL of the former.

In other words Speakeasy is doing what really ought to be done, from an ISP 
standpoint if they wish to not be bothered with whiney pissy lusers full of 
self-entitlement complaining about blocked ports, and that is to charge what 
the bandwidth costs (well close anyhow, it is still cross-subsidised).

So really, 6 of one, half a dozen of another, you're still paying the same 
amount (roughly), it just has a different name.
