I'm not sure how that helps the situation.  The spammer can easily give
an envelope sender of some random domain, but put the target's E-mail
address into the cosmetic From: header.  Won't SA be fooled when it
reads this From: header, and give points from the AWL?

SA doesn't really know who the envelope sender was.
