Jaysus.

Find me a machine that will not fall over with the bandwith considerations
(I'll admit, I have _NO_ idea how many people subscribe to SA-Talk and
SA-dev), and i'll be more than happy to set up mailman, clamd, and an
auto-update...  Even better, just run exim or sendmail and do virus-scanning
at SMTP time on the box.  (Course, now we're probably talking a fair amount
of kit)...

Now, granted, i'd be happy to host the mailing list myself, but I don't have
a connection that I think delivers the kind of reliablility that SA/dev-talk
need...

Why don't you write out the regex expressions or whatever the hell is needed
to just block the viral Flavor-of-the-month and submit it to sa-dev(?).
Constructive and respectful on a free product's mailing list and all... ;-)
