To be honest, I imagine the OP just doesn't get it, and quite possibly never will. I really just wanted to reply with something other than insults.
I too have seen several of these messages posted to this list. I have been pretty appalled at how nasty many of the replies are. I have noticed much more lately how some people are just outright mean and insulting when someone makes a mistake.
