Turn off HTML. That's .9 points right there.
Whatever mail program you have is imitating 'features' of Outlook. That's 3.7 points.
DON'T YELL. That's 1.5 points. Heck, yelling and the mail program alone push you over the 5.0 spam threshhold.
Or are you saying that SpamAssassin is filtering incoming mail to your company, and messages TO you are being marked as Spam? If that's the case, I suggest you contact your IT department. You're yelling at the list of developers for the software.
