Mike,
The developers of SpamAssassin, have nothing to do with your problems. You
need to talk to your ISP about their use of SpamAssassin, no one on this
list can help with your problems as they have no control over what your ISP
does.

I'd start here or if they aren't helpful, then like ya said.... switch ISPs

How do I get help if I need it?
You can view the Technical Support help pages from
www.linktel.net/TechSupport or call our exceptional Technical Support team.
They are on call from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10am to 2
p.m. on Saturday or send an email with your question or problem to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The Technical Support numbers are as follows for each
service:
ATCNet - Albion 673-1100
ATCNet - Malad 766-1100
ATCNet - Arco/Idaho Falls 527-1100
Fretel - 624-4004
TetonTel - 354-6200
Silverstar - Idaho - 574-2500
Silverstar - Wyoming - 883-6684

When the customer calls for Technical Support, you may get a message
machine. Please, leave your name and telephone number and a brief
description of the problem, and a technician will call you back as soon as
possible which is usually within 15 minutes. The Technical Support Call
Center has a call tracking system that logs all calls to the support line
and therefore, if you don't leave a message, they can't get back with you.

Because of you I am changing ISP's. There is no such thing as a
whitelist that works. Even if I receive valid mail and you have
targeted it as spam I cannot read it because you control freaks have
altered the e-mail. Anyone else having similar problems? Why not let
us have control of what happens at the PC level as opposed to the
network level?
