For a filter the default is header+body, "b" or "h" are used to specify
you should filter only header or body.  The example is correct.

>From the procmailrc manpage:

       h    Feed the header to the pipe, file or mail destination
(default).

       b    Feed the body to the pipe, file or mail destination
(default).

(not exactly clear, I know... but at least that's how I believe it
works, and it's never behaved in a way to convince me to double check)
