Maybe it's me, but I detect a bit of overprotectiveness being introduced
on the list...

Too long.  (We currently use "LIKELY SPAM:".)

Of course, to be accurate, it _could_ say "Spamassassin thinks this mail
is probably spam"...but that's kind of a given, since we already know
that this is SA's "opinion."

BTW, a minor nit:  not all spam is commercial -- I prefer "unsolicited bulk
email"...
