It is possible that mdadm isn't faulty -- I have similar problems with
my root partition (JFS) since upgrade to hardy. I didn't originally
report it, because I was using fairly broken system and non-standart
suspend method (uswsusp), but now happened the same with intrepid.

I had after upgrade this line for NTFS partion mounted by ntfsmount:
UUID=323CA6493CA607C5 /mnt/widle ntfs-fuse
defaults,rw,gid=100,fmask=0113,dmask=0002 0 0
and it says "No mount point specified." I assume it doesn't understand
UUID= device specification and takes /mnt/widl
I noticed the same. I have suspend and hibernate enabled in both
/etc/default/acpi-support and gnome-power-manager and no
suspend/hibernate button appears in logout dialog.

I've realized, that on computer with working backslash I have set up US
layout as first and on the other comptuter is first layout czech, so I
tested on each computer with first layout set to both "cz" and "us" (in
rescue xterm to avoid any interference by Gnome). The result is, that

Binary package hint: gnome-keyring
If you install libpam-keyring, you have to modify files in /etc/pam.d by
hand by adding simple '@include common-pamkeyring' line. This
configuration should be by debconf IMO in form of checkboxes with labels
and hints like this:

If you install uswsusp or hibernate, you've got to change/modify
configuration files in /usr/lib/hal/scripts/linux by hand so that
desired method of suspend is used after pressing of ACPI buttons or
choosing Suspend or Hibernate from logout menu. This

system is under heavy load. When I try to do it with ionice, I'm getting

Could be voice support present but commented out in source package
files? Similar approach uses Debian Etch with freeradius package that
can't ship with pre-compiled TLS support, but many users want it...
