This is a rather strange release that's being called "final".
* What is the reason that branding isn't included in the version in the repo?
The novice user doesn't recognize and trust "Shiretoko". They were looking for
"Firefox".
* Why doesn't Firefox 3.5 replace Firefox 3.0?
There are also s
works. Thanks.

Is anyone still seeing this issue? Since I've migrated to Jaunty, I am
no longer experiencing this issue. Instead, I occasionally find totem
starts with the window maximized, but restoring it works just fine.

not, why this pause? Maybe pause is not related to this message after
all?

I have new netbook Mivvy L310 with Ubuntu Linux 8.04 pre-installed (!).
I installed latest version (9.04) but this bug is still on. When I
switch netbook on, it takes between half minute and 1 minute while this
message is displayed before boot process continue. Needless to say, very
fast boot of 9.
same problem here, except that I have clean install of Ubuntu 9.04.
Whatever I try to install, Synapric says that post-installation script
of sun-java6-jdk failed. If I try to remove jdk package, it fails too,
with message: "E: sun-java6-jdk: subprocess pre-removal script returned
error exit status
Is there an upstream bug for this issue? Is there anything that can be
done to expedite its resolution?
This bug has bitten me a number of times, and I can only imagine the
horror of a new user realizing that their videos are stuck in fullscreen
mode for some inexplicable reason.

If this bug is a duplicate, why hasn't it been marked as such? In my
search for the original bug, I've now found two (this one, and bug
